a/n:  The inspiration for the title of this fic is the song "November Rain," by Guns-n-Roses.  It takes place Thanksgiving, 2010.  Luke and Reid never got back together after May 31, when Reid kicked Luke out of his apartment.  Luke tried to mend things with Noah, but it didn't work, and Noah moved to LA a month later.  Luke and Reid still work ( Read more... )

Loving it! I like angsty, lonely Luke & Reid being drawn together, not because of loneliness, but because of love. I love the way they interact. And spot on with the meanings of different farewells: kiss on forehead, cheek, handshake etc.
Typical Noah & Lily to have no concern for Luke's feelings. I'd love to see "Abercrombie" ditch Noah's ;)
And i love the creative homage to a classic song...I was picturing Reid striding out of the diner like Slash on his way to play his solo. In super-tight jeans of course.
Can't wait until the next update!

Thank you for putting the image of Reid strutting out of the diner like Slash. I can see it. Lol.

Thanks so much for your comments. Next part is up.

DP- this is so good! WOW!
You're a genius in capturing the most intense emotions.
Reid erecting his walls after May 31 - that's so much more likely than everything else.

Yeah, it was kind of weird on the show, where Reid was all "get out" and then the next time we see them they are sort of chummy and flirty, and Luke's inviting him to dinner.

There were some definite continuity problems on the show...lol.

Thanks so much!

I cant wait for tomorrow. I will be finishing this in my dreams.

I know one thing no more sad holiday's for Reid.

I loved part one.

Sweet caring Reid. I loved him with the waitress.

Luke growing up in realising how stupid his behaviour was when he was in a relationship with Noah. The pretending and adjusting to Noah's wishes. Ok not so much the running away bit.

I happily looking forward to tomorrow.

Thank you!

Nope...no more sad holidays for Reid, or will there be?.......

:)

I do happy endings, so have no fear.
