So, things are way stressful for everyone at work right now. Because I have a lot of downtime (between loads of laundry/quick changes, etc.), I really want to organize some sort of anonymous niceness event. I think it's a good idea. Maybe use a database like MS Access or OpenOffice Base to organise the comments for each person?

OpenOffice is freeware, right? Does it come with a good instruction manual/help section? While I'm not completely technologically incompetent, most software isn't exactly intuitive for me. I've been meaning to learn how to create databases, though, so this could be a good kick in the pants...
