I think I was a hardcore fan about five years ago and I had to have everything of hers... then i felt like her music went in a direction that i was not going so i quit having 'everything' but i still bought her cd's. i think the last few were okay but nothing spectacular. maybe we got spoiled in the early years?

at any rate, i'm tempted to buy this box set because of your description and it would be nice... but $55? eep. i'm still undecided...

i wanted to ask: have you ever listened to regina spektor? i'm not comparing her to tori, even though they both play piano [because there is no one to compare to tori, sorry] but she is fantastic, i think.
just curious...

I went to Newbury Comics in Boston this past weekend and was surprised that they were selling it for $49 there!

I feel you with the last couple albums, but still. It is so beautiful. Maybe you can ask for it for Christmas? ;)

I have heard quite a bit of Regina Spektor. I wish I could see her live soon!

i saw her a couple weeks ago and she is really sweet and beautiful with the piano/keyboard/guitar.

i don't think anyone is tori but this woman rocks the house pretty hard! if you get a chance, check out some of her videos on youtube.
