A Wedding

Sean and Mari's wedding was sweet and simple.  In many ways, it reminded me of my own wedding.

-They asked a friend to perform the ceremony (as did we).  In their case, Sean asked his step-dad (my Uncle Charley) to do it.  Charley went online and paid someone $30 to ordain him so that he could legally perform the ceremony.

-Mari had a very hands

Juliette cries during abrupt laughter or applause. I wonder if it's because she's use to being in quiet places. For a while I thought she has Asperger Syndrome.

I don't think I'd like someone slapping my child without my permission. Especially since he's so young and really don't know why he's being punished. Did you tell her to stop?

Well, Samuel responded not just to loud noises (someone shouting near him), but even tense situations. If someone's tense or abrupt near him, he can sense it and he wants the security of his momma. And, no, I didn't tell my grandmother to stop. I just removed Samuel from the situation by passing him around from family member to family member. He couldn't get into trouble if he was being held the whole time!
