I've fallen into a bout of depression spurred by none other than my (formerly) second or third favorite band. Coldplay's X&Y straight up sucks, don't buy it. It pains me so to say those words but it's so true! To every single one of the tracks on X&Y I can sing another Coldplay song over it. Not to mention that Speed of Sound if effin' Clocks. I

I'm actually beginning to like the song Fix You, but that's about it. I agree about the Clocks and Speed of Sound thing. Maybe they are trying to recapitalize on the success of A Rush of Blood To the Head...or something. As for the art work there are 3 theories at this point 1) They smoked a bad joint 2) They took The Scientist to heart and made a funky periodic table or 3) The ink from Chris Martin's new tattoo on his hand (which is QUITE annoying and ugly) went to his hott little head. Pick one... I'm SURE they're all true. By the way, this is my longest comment ever, but it's a deserving subject.

that's terribly unfortunate. i really liked rush of blood to the head & i had hoped this new album would've been just as successful.
