The Provost called today and made the official offer. A nice twist is that they are going to pay Doc a few thousand more than they said they would. I asked my friend, P, who is a professor at Kenyon, why they would do that. No WAY! I love that thing! I mean, the color is great enough, but how well it works? Oo la la!

LOL! oh yeah, I got mine first - red! Nika started it, she found them, I found them on sale! My post was most gushing, and I can remember when you got yours. Ya know, this is the weird thing, I have total recall about stuff like this, ask me what the date is dunno. Ask me when IB's birthday is, again ditto. But - I can tell you that in your house pictures you posted, the bedroom had a rice bed in it. Another talent used for free.

Gotta say I can't relate, though... I could never give up my book collection (I've been much better at buying books than reading them for several years)

Yeah, maybe. When I left for school, I left many behind and didn't really miss them.
