Also, I was able to use <3 in my comments, but that was at 3am this morning, before whatever code pushes were put in place.

Maybe it wasn't the "<3" -- it might've been that I used asterixes.

Apparently, you can use one <3, but if you use more than one, the code decides you're too squeeful and tries to oppress you runs into some html processing issues. We're working on that, it just might take a little bit to fix.

I think I did use more than one. Haha, AO3 archive thought I should try to find actual words rather than use a shmoochie emoticon! *G*

Hee - you can also use < instead, which is the escaped version of < and won't give you any guff.
