So far, impala (yes, I named the new macbook impala, shut up, it was almost named TARDIS) has been settling in well. It talks to my wireless network and my printer. I really like the OS X operating system. It's also very lightweight and does seem more intuitive than a PC.

That's a perfectly good name for an ipod! If we plugged your ipod into my macbook, Deeeeeeean would show up on the impala, which is very logical.

(I named my laptop Thalia, after the muse of comedy and idyllic poetry. I think a nerdy name is the key to a happy laptop experience.)
