I think this moron needs his own tag.

Ha! I was going to say I couldn't think of a witty one, then I saw you'd already provided. It is a perfect fit.

I just. This person makes me want to use ALL CAPS ALL THE TIME until something sinks in. GRR.

Either that, or a grand collection of most of the existing tags. Maybe there should be one for posts that deserve too many tags to bother listing, that just says "one of everything please" or something like that.

There is every fricken tag we got, but it seems to not get used often.

God I hope this person is troll; I can't believe that anyone old enough to have an adult relationship is so clueless.

Now you're just being ageist. Adults should not be expected to decline their fair share of clueperviousness if they want it.

I now have a mad internet crush on your brain.

Also, I am very glad I put down the cup of hot broth before reading your comment.

Heh, thank you.

Oh hey, an Israeli! Do you ever post in Hebrew? I've been trying to collect journals to keep my reading skills alive.

If I were a member of that community, I suspect I'd have leveled a verbal tactical nuke against that guy and been banned by now.

I'm just about there. The OPs replies just keep getting worse. I'm at the point where I think it will be healthier for me to stop reading that thread and the related ones than keep attempting to educate someone who I'm starting to think is enjoying the outrage and the popularity far more than the education.

I suspect you're right. Someone isn't interested in finding out his theory is wrong.

Personally, I think he's in it for the attention. This is probably the most he's been talked to in forever.

Further proof of lolbertarian tendencies...

Is the lolbertarian motto "Progress Prevails"?

friend_of_tofu January 11 2010, 20:56:56 UTC
IT IS NOW!!!!

Srsly, can we please say this in unison every time a lolbertarian hurfs into view?

I love how he thinks mono relationships are more stable "when the solution involves cheating." Yeah.

Reply

scien January 11 2010, 13:58:11 UTC
What do you mean? Cheating has been a completely stabilising force in all the monogamous relationships I've ever imagined in my head.

Reply

bluecurious January 13 2010, 02:38:43 UTC
and poly will cure all the dishonesty and insecurity that often causes cheating in mono relationships!!

Reply

opalnipotent January 11 2010, 14:35:16 UTC
Oh come now, the OP doesn't believe that there is any such thing as a happy healthy mono relationship to begin with. "More stable' just means 'they're really poly and that's why they're cheating so they can be kind of part of my club and I won't discount them'.
