This INFURIATES me !! (click it, to read the article)

A woman goes to neiman marcus and leaves her dogs IN THE CAR, ON A 95 FUCKING DEGREE DAY (WTF ??!!??), leaves only the sunroof open (so that apparently (in her deranged mind) makes it okay, right ?!?) and goes into the store to shop. Is she INFRIGGINSANE ???

I is confused.

Does that mean the woman did not leave her dogs in a car for up to 45 minutes in 95F weather with only the sunroof open?
