I was googling Rottie pictures and came across this- Rock Weiler attack

It's not so much the article, but the discussion about it.
Some of my personal favorite responses )

stupid pet owners, media, non-lj, breedism, breed misinformation, animal attacks

Yep, Pit Bulls are actually part dragon and sprout wings and fly over the fence then proceed to set houses on fire with their firey Dragon Bull breath of doom.

OMG! I just about broke my neck falling out of my chair laughing so hard from that!!

Darn dragon pitbulls!

I remember that stupid pit bull attack story! WTF! All of it was so intensely crazy, and pointedly the stupid mother locking the kid in the basement with the unaltered untrained pitties a floor above.

(Is it a bad thing that since the only pitties I've met have been the "LOOOVE ME!!1!" types and hanging around communities like these I'm considering, once I'm in a place that allows dogs, adopting one?)

Absolutely not =) I'd actually love to own a Pittie someday as well. Especially after being around them at the shelter. They have such personalities and I could go on and on about what I love about them.

I don't think I could ever handle raising a pit bull, personally (kudos to the people that can, especially more than one!)

The image of one with dragon wings and that can breath fire, though... if there was a dragon pittie, I might hav eto reconsider!

Sigh. I recognize that, you know, pit bulls were bred for DOG fighting, and BULL baiting. And that "rock weilers" were herding dogs. :P

First Ninja Pit Bulls and now Dragon Pit Bulls. What's next?

I think someone needs to make icons. For some reason, I can totally see Wirenth's Luce as a dragon.
