So, last weekend I needed to buy some new drinking glasses, and what should I find in Waitrose but these:

This evening I've written the story of how those glasses got to Sam's flat, but as I didn't get a chance to start until 11pm I'm not posting until I get a chance to check it through with all four brain cells firing!

I've got three more parts of Survival almost ready to post, and another four ideas started, but I'm a very slow editor and the end of term is always busy. I'm hoping to get one finished before the kids break up, but I haven't yet decided which to go for. I am so not a finisher!

aww I've got a set of glasses just like these in the cupboard and they're exactly what I was picturing when I was reading your fic. *smiles*

I'm not sure why, but I had this very clear image right from the first time I mentioned them. I knew they wouldn't be hard to find, but I did let out a little squee when I needed new glasses and they were the only ones offered in my local supermarket. Some things are just meant to be!
