Goong S - any thoughts?

I've been considering watching Goong S, due to my undying love for Goong, but I've heard very mixed reviews. Anyone have any thoughts? Is it worth it? I've heard that the beginning starts out very unappealing but that the latter half is a bit of a hidden gem.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat as you are with Goong S. I heard that it did get better, but no one seems to be talking much about it (mostly just "Se7en oppa sooo hottttt!!!<3"). So yeah. If you end up watching it, do post about it... I'm waiting to hear some encouraging stuff before I try it.

i think its definately worth it, i watched the first eps, but sadly my comp is having a few problems! it was very good in my opinion! Then again, i havent had the chance to watch Goong yet, which is a must!

I adored Goong, which is why I was pretty excited about the next version. I'm definitely going to watch the first episode to give it a chance, but I've heard that the first eps aren't very strong, but that it gets so good later on...

I really loved Goong KYAAAA Really I was totally crazy about this drama and couldn't stop myself from watching XD that's why I watched Goong S but I was very disappointed ;_; I only tried a few episodes so I cannot give a whole perpective on this serie but I can tell that Goong is way so much better *hearts* I guess I did stop maybe too early to appreciate this drama! Maybe, I'll give it another try someday! but well the lead actor is no good compared to Shin! This guy is my dreamed boy forever! I cannot wait to see the season 2 of the first version *__*

I do love Proposal Daisakusen too! *fangirling mode on* well I'm totally crazy about Yamapi XD but this drama can make me turn super insane and angry and emo at the same time! This is definetly the best <333

Goong S is one of my favorite Korean drama of all time, I cried all the time i watched it.
But Goong 2 sucks.
