So I'm browsing on Facebook, checking out events, groups that I've been invited to and declining them, and I stumble across a group entitled, "God's last name is not 'damnit'". One of my friends is in it so I think, what the hell, I'll go check it out.

UGH, I totally agree with you. Those fanatical types are why I just have no ability to understand those kinds of religion. And people who get all bothered ny gay people, ugh, they're worse than fanatically religious people. (Okay, maybe they're tied ;) )

It's just hypocritical. What ever happened to not passing judgment?

Sometimes I think the reason why people are so adamant about gay people is that they're curious too but afraid, and take their fear out on others. Who knows, it's a mystery.

I know. I just get so frustrated with people who treat someone as though they've done something wrong, when it's something they have no control over. I simply cannot understand it at all.

Entirely possible. People seem to damn afraid of anything that is different, not seeming to get that it's really NOT a threat.
