so if one wanted to get a vague quickie idea of what/who evul ultimateverse reed is before IIM gets into him, do you recommend any specific issues or should I just let wiki fill me in? LOL

Wiki's probably easiest, to be honest. There are a lot of Ultimate Universe comics and most of the stuff with Ultimate Reed turning evil happened after they started going downhill (the universe never really recovered from an incredibly badly written crossover event called Ultimatum that killed off tons of characters), so I haven't read that much of it myself. I did do a little bit of a post about the Ultimate Universe versions of Reed and Doom here, though it was mostly focused on Ultimate Doom ( ... )
