Argh. I let a friend borrow my car the other day, and they left the light on, and now my battery's dead. And I need to drive 3 hours to the airport TOMORROW; and, to top it all off, my car is surrounded by other cars which means nobody has jumper cables long enough to reach

Yeah, she apologized. I wasn't actually mad at her, because my car's finicky anyways and it was an honest mistake, but I was growing increasingly panicky as Saturday--and my flight to CA--approached. LUCKILY, the lady at NAPA told me that campus security could give me a jump--could've all along, if I'd only known. So my car was fine with plenty of time to spare, and I ended spending not a cent on getting it fixed!
