We can't hire Andy, Gwen. We need somebody to read and believe the press releases we hand out at the station house after an "incident".

It may be a long wait... but if you work your way up the ranks (Jack can give you some ideas on that), you'll be one (well, it's a chief inspector in the UK if you want to be picky) but I've got faith in you!
