Oh believe me, I took some Tylenol and I had some coffee too. It's slightly better, but because it's my neck that's out of whack, it will probably keep flaring up throughout the weekend. The peeing thing will be over soon for me, but the waking up several times a night will go on for quite a while, I suspect. But, hey, at least it was my choice, and not something that was just inflicted upon me!
Hard choice... I did Door #1 for almost three years before discovering I was a Type II diabetic. After a while you get used to it, although you are very tired during that time period.

Sleeping for 6 hours & waking up to pee with no headache.

The headache was likely dehydration, which is why I didn't have to get up every two hours to pee.
Much better now... Advil and caffiene are my friends.

At night most I usually go without getting up is about 3 hours unless I'm dehydrated. Certain foods make it much much worse.
