It won't be for some time, I've got to get a lot of things together. But, when it happens, I'll be sure to let you know.

Is your goal to be quick or to see as many people as you can?

What time of year are you planning this trip for? Arizona and Southern CA are really hot in the summer time. Aria and I drove to Oregon and then down to CA and through Arizona on our way home a couple of years ago with no air conditioning until Arizona and there were times when we both were just so hot and tired and cranky by the end of the day.... all we wanted to do was sleep but it was too hot to do that. We spent one very long night at Joshua Tree trying not to touch each other or the sides of our tent.

Advice to you, if you're driving in the summer and you're going to have the windows down, do not, do not, do not go anywhere near the desert without a good supply of sun screen. And make sure you have a shit ton of water. We carried probably somewhere around 10 water bottles between the two of us by the end of the trip.

I plan to go during the beginning of spring, so I can avoid too much heat. I also plan to have tons of supplies with me when I do make this trek. But, thanks for the advice.
