I pretty much went SPLAT on Sunday so I didn't have a chance to post. Let's start this off by saying - I have a desk job, I spend most of my day sitting on my butt - I am SOOOO not used to being on my feet for 8 hours

I was thinking about cleanup at an SCA event the other night.

Why not have people *come* to the event an hour or two before it ends?

Maybe they cannot come the day before, but here's a way they could help.

I'm going to make a few suggestions at the wrap up meeting. Maybe we can offer an incentive to those who join the clean up crew.
