So, the record has been broken for the biggest bone-headed end-user mistake here at the office. I just helped field a call where one of our clients decided that replacing an internal IDE tape drive in an antiquated server (that hasn't had a good backup in weeks due to the bad unit) is the sort of thing that you don't have to power the server down ( Read more... )
