The bitch on customer service who can't seem to be nice if her life depended on it? She's not really a bitch. She's just stupid, and doesn't realize that a positive attitude can solve many problems.

Seriously. It works. I'd rather feel sorry for someone for being stupid than be angry at them.

ploof doesn't strike me as any more odd than puff, honestly; it almost makes more interesting sense to me, since "plouf" (pronounced the same as ploof) is a french onomotopoeic word for the sound of something hitting water.

(ayup, think I just won my word-nerd points for the week. oy. :P )
