You are my friend--and that is now widely known (or it damn well better be!). Therefore I feel that it is my duty to warn people of the danger in their midst (per Forth's orders). LOL, smh. This is just too funny! I had different variations of "Shake it" like songs in my head while reading this, all of which were no where near innocent, but made the read all the more hilarious.

Omgoodness, those commercials! The thought 'Are they serious??' always runs through my mind when I see one (the male and female shake weights) or I think its called something else for the females, not sure...

But I will say, my friend's friend's cousin (see how that works), says it works, but he has supposedly always had muscular arms though...hm, i guess it comes with practice...
