I'm thinking it has to be Rin. If it isn't, then the above suggestions, like pureed private parts... I mean purified private parts, is warranted!

otherwise she wouldn't put up with his lies. He had hurt her before, but she couldn't push him away. ...Those 2 lines say it all. I think that answers the questions of what to do with his privvates. He's done it before - It's time to purify something.
