Weather sucks. Super polar Michigan land. I don't think I'm comfortable driving until peak Spring. Even when the sun is out, I don't want to push on the gas too much due to the accident

I agree about the lack of character non-battle interaction. I like seeing the dynamics of characters and how they interact when not in a battle mode; without it, the game just seems a tad hollow :/

So you have played FFT? I guess I explained it right. If I remember, outside of battle mode is a world map and all you can do is do a random battle and go to a town to buy stuff. I think you can also hire and there is a little chit-chat. Fire Emblem really shines in this department.
I went with my gut and decided to purchase it. It's the only way to get rid of this urge.
