Thanks! Still pretty exhausted though, lol. Today we watched the entire storyline on Angel where they go to Lorne's home dimension, that I won't even attempt to spell. I forgot how fricking adorable Angel is when he realizes he can be in the sun. He is such a dork. :)

I'm glad you had a good Thanksgiving and that huge family drama didn't happen.

That's awesome for the girl cousin. It's amazing what one class that you love can do for you. I hope that continues for her.

Actually, it was the first family thing I can remember from my dad's side where there wasn't a political debate of some kind. I think the one uncle thinks he is engaging my sister, who works in politics, in an interesting conversation, and he doesn't realize how offensive some of the things he says are. So it did go well and then the "adults" left and we hung out with the cousins for a bit.

But now the brother will be here in like three days and I will have so much family time (read: my parents) - already it is making my head hurt.

I can do it. It's just a week, right?

The Cousin does not school or a lot of the social aspects of it - So that she still manages to keep her grades up and has found choir as a way to come out of her shell a little has honestly been amazing.

Edit: How was your and The Boy's Thanksgiving? You did a thing with friends right? Hope it went well.

*shudders at politics* that's one type of conversation that I almost always decline to become involved in. I think it's one of those subjects that no two people can ever be in total agreement about.

Anyway, I hope your brothers visit goes well and that your parents focus mostly on him and not you. Besides, like you said, it's just a week and you can always claim the flu and not wanting to spread the germs.

The Boy and I had a lovely turkey day. We spend most holidays with my Best Friends folks, so it was like family you choose.
