I haven't been really sick in ages but the last two weeks I caught some virus that had me feel like I'm dying, with high fevers, coughing my lungs out :-/
I just finished the antibiotics, I hate antibiotics, I know they do their job but they destroyed my digestion and my whole mouth/gums/tongue is currently all sores (and I'm still coughing like I'm choking on cat hair 24/7).
There's definitely something in the air! >:-/

Thank you. I am doing a little better, less exhausted, still infected but getting better.

UGH. Oh no. That sounds horrid. Coughing illnesses are the wrost. They take so much energy out of you. And antibiotics kicking your ass like that - the ones they put me on have messed with my stomach something terrible. Why does the thing that is suppose to make you better, make other parts of you worse?!

I think today I have finally turned a corner and am starting to feel a difference. Less obnoxious 'having to pee' feeling and less alarming pains in my side. Two more days of antibiotics, which is good, because they are messing with my stomach.

How was your Valentine's? Good I hope. You and TAHtm deserve it! I have not worked on the fic at all this week because of so many doc appts and being ill. I swear I only have 2 scenes left to write! But this week I just have anxiety counseling today and PT on Friday, so nothing else but writing this week! Thanks, babe!

Hooray for feeling better and time to write.
We had an excellent low key weekend... which has now been extended by two snow days. They actually closed for the no-student teacher-inservice day. That is unheard of! And they've already canceled tomorrow.

UTIs are just the worst. I can't take sulpha drugs or anything related to E-Mycin or anything with floxins in it. So that's like so many antibiotics. They had to special order the one they gave me for the UTI.
