It's my sister's 40th birthday today! I passed on your greetings! And, as you can see now, she came here herself and saw all the wonderful greetings from everyone. I know she isn't around LJ much these days, but at the least, I am always making her come in my room and look at pics of Pip-Pup!

Thank you, bb! She had the best birthday, I think, given the number of times she's told me how this was the best weekend ever. And it's not over yet - we are off in like 20 minutes to see This Is The End and eat popcorn! Even though the other two girls have gone home already.

OMG, the movie was hysterical! I have never laughed so hard during a movie in my life. I am actually flushed and exhausted now just from laughing. It's stupid in the way that Zoolander is stupid and funny in the way that Seth Rogen movies are funny, idk iit was just...cracking my shit up.

She came here last night and saw all the birthday greetings and was very happ!. You can probably guess that she doesn't like big parties and certainly not surprises, so I tried to think of something to do that would be just her speed. Sitting outside with a beer (or six) and her BFF seemed the way to go, since all the other weekends of the year she has to go-go-go and do stuff, this was just right I think. Too bad it started raining like 30 minutes into outdoors time!

Thank you!! The Sis checked out this birthday post and saw all the great wishes for her birthday from you guys! The weekend was exactly what she needed, a nice break from her normal and a few good friends and good beers. And we rounded it out this evening with a movie - so def a great weekend! :)

Thank you! Except that it rained most of the day on Saturday, it was the perfect weekend. We watched The Hobbit for the 18hundreth time, lol, and ate the best food ever and talked fannish ridiculousness for hours!
