One of the leaked HP and the Deathly Hallows books was real, after all. I've had a copy of the PDF file for a few days now but have resisted reading the whole thing. But I have read the epilogue and the chapter summaries over at

I must say, I also thank the doofus responsible for the leak. Because I can now sit still (almost still) and wait until the boxed set reaches the Philippines. *anticipates* Finally! A complete - say it with me, COMPLETE - set! *squeeee*

Yesterday, I can almost see everyone waving their copies of HP7. Kahit yung Accenture nag-organize ng reservation months ago haha. Pero hindi ako nagpareserb dahil hanggang ngayon wala pa akong idea kung anong nangyari sa Book 6 @__@ *loser*

you have to read it to believe it! "Albus Severus" was the main reason I thought the leaked version was just a good fanfic. JK Rowling would never be that cheesy... it turns out she was! :D

Don't know if Amazon Japan has it, wala sa UK so I ordered it from Amazon US :)

But if J.K. Rowling kills off Harry Potter, she's a real b*tch. Maiinis talaga ako.

Just got an email from Amazon today saying that my order got delayed! I'm ordering the special ed Harry Potter with additional artwork. I should've just ordered the ordinary one. Maybe I'll get one at the local bookstore tomorrow. Bad trip!

Was supposed to order that too, pero 3-8 days pa daw... so I decided to just go to the store and buy a normal copy without a reservation, sigurado namang marami silang stock.

Let me know kung maganda yung additional artwork, still thinking about getting a copy of that too.

Wait, are we talking about the same special edition?

I don't know. It doesn't look like it (kung tama yung photo sa Amazon). Wait, same ba yung artist ng cover ng European version sa US?

And ditto on the not lining up to get the book. I remember in 2003 when Order of the Phoenix was released, we were in Boulder, Colorado and people were lining up at the local bookstore and Barnes and Noble the night before pa and purchasing at full price. We got ours the afternoon it was released at a Target store at half price! :D

Nope, I think Bloomsbury and Scholastic have totally different artists for both the cover art and chapter art. Another reason why I didn't want to buy the book here, panay US versions kasi ang collection ko :D

Half price after just a few hours? Lucky you! I saw on the news that people were camping out in front of bookstores the day before the Book 7 release and were going to spend the night there. Ang tiyaga nila no? For me sleep beats anything else so I will never do something like that hehe.

I like that boxset. Very nice!

It's nice how some fans lined up on the first day of release to get a book, including our friends Dine and Noemi. I, on the other hand, still have to get my own copy.

On a different note, thanks Christianne for greeting Yohan Happy Birthday. I really appreciate it.
