I actually like this new costume, not as much as the orignal but that's just me.

I like that Paul McGann had a hand in creating it; he's been playing Eight for awhile and most likely really understands how Eight would think or feel about things. I like the idea that he's going for a more somber Doctor and is having the costume reflect it.

I really like the new costume. I don't like the original one all that much because it seemed to be too much of a nod towards the first seven Doctor's and this one is during the Time War so of course it's going to be more gritty and real rather than whimsical and classical like in his movie. It also is a good lead in to Nine's outfit.

It's interesting that he had a part to play in his new costume. I think it's a nice idea to have that aspect for a Doctor who doesn't really get flushed out too much.

It's Paul McGann in black leather. I'm happy. And I consider Big Finish Canon.

I'm kinda indifferent about it. Like it neither more now less than his previous costume.
