So what do you want to do Friday night? Where's good to go out in Cardiff that a) isn't busy, b) isn't too expensive and c) doesn't have lots of loud music so you can hear yourself talk? d) have kareoke

Friday is pretty mad. My suggestion would be Owain Glyndwr or O'Neills. They're right next to each other, same area as St. John's church where they were shooting for Runaway Bride last week.

So far I don't know of any filming around then, sadly. Could always do a cinema trip, bowling or go for a walk around the bay on Saturday.

Is the previous meet-up cancelled? They are filming in Cardiff on location on the 24th and 25th so that's a pity.

I couldn't go and no one else offered to organise it. Plus everyone seemed more happy to go for the August date. It's just typical really that it turns out that that was when the filming is.

I'll still keep my ears and eyes open. They seem to be doing a lot of on-location stuff atm, so who knows, could be lucky.

For saturday night we need mad childish DW themed party games.
For after going to the exhibition (and whilst we're all still in giggly fangirl mode) how about visiting a couple of locations on the bay? Photos where the TARDIS had been and that kind of thing?

Damnity damn. Turns out family are planity birthday party about that time, not for me mind, for my granma and work is being a pain in the mikta.

DAMNIT.

This is what happens when everyone's birthday is in the same month. Gah.
