12th Doctor audition scripts from DW Magazine

This is pretty interesting; these are 3 bits of script Moffat has written to especially to audition the 12th Doctor. Probably won't appear in the episodes, but they're a nice read nonetheless. Taken from here, a transcript below the cut:

I keep seeing these scenes played by Matt Smith, lol! But maybe because the actual scenes sound a bit familiar? not something that has happened, but maybe it is the same thing- but in different circumstances?

I'm not sure if I made sense up there, sorry, but that's the vibe I get!

For me, the first one resembles Children In Need special (although with Smith instead of Tennant), the second one is similar to the scene between Rosanna and the Doctor in VoV, the third is reminiscent of the conversation between the Doctor and George in The God Complex.

On the second go around, I imagined Ruth Wilson and I kinda liked it. The third go around, I tried to imagine Richard Coyle but kept getting his character Jeff from Coupling since I'm not all that familiar with his real accent.

... Now I just really want a female Doctor (that last scene, IDK) or someone not conventionally-sexy. IDK, something a bit... off about them would be nice though, makes sense of the 'first person I've fooled' line)

Yeah even David Tennant looked really odd to me at first! (Which in retrospect seems totally ridiculous.)

Ehh, well 10 is kinda conventionally attractive I think (mind you, I don't have good reading when it comes to men being sexy >.<) but yeah, younger then Matt sounds pretty horrible.

Interesting, thanks for sharing :)! A couple of bits still sound a lot like Matt/Eleven, though, the post-regeneration ones, for example. But that's to be expected, I guess, since a new Doctor's persona doesn't emerge right away, and remnants of the previous one's are still floating around, so to speak :]. Another bit sounded a whole lot like Ten/DT--- the "...well, point one again, second attempt" part. Other than those bits, though, the rest sounded like a completely different person (I don't have a wish list for who I'd like to see as Twelve, so I didn't picture any actor/actress in particular while reading it), especially the conversation with the little boy :). *Nods*
