Hi lads and lassies, -

I had the most beautiful meditation yesterday and thought I'd share it with you. After all, people  do describe their dreams in this community, and a meditation isn't much different :-)
The meditation was simple.  I was just sitting quietly without any particular expectations, with my teacher doing the same. (this if anyone'

Thank you for that! When I was going through my yoga teacher training there was talk about being where you needed to be. I immediately thought of the line from "The Doctor's Wife" about taking him where he needed to go instead of where he wanted to go. So I thought of my yoga mat as my TARDIS to explore within-thus I bought a TARDIS beach towel to cover my mat during private practice. Yeah, will bring it to a convention yoga practice as well. Thank you for the beautiful meditation-may use it.
