Hi lads and lassies, -
I had the most beautiful meditation yesterday and thought I'd share it with you. After all, people do describe their dreams in this community, and a meditation isn't much different :-)
The meditation was simple. I was just sitting quietly without any particular expectations, with my teacher doing the same. (this if anyone's interested).
I soon found myself looking into the Heart of the TARDIS. Just imagine staring at shiny golden stream of consciousness, so beautiful and so powerful and so beautiful - they say it is dangerous to look into it because nobody knows what might happen - but you trust it and you look deeper and deeper - it's so beautiful, it makes you weep...
And then you notice that you keep your head slightly turned to your left...
Waaaaaaait a minute!..
And then you realise that all that time your heart was burning in a nice way -
you were tricked! It wasn't the Heart of the TARDIS - 'twas your own heart, all that time! All the power and all the beauty of the TARDIS is right here within you! I'm not saying that changes all... But that changes all. - When you can actually feel it... So those spiritual chaps actually meant it when they talked about inner beauty&power! Who could have thought each one of us has a heart of a TARDIS!
And that makes you weep even more.
The day before that I did a similar meditation - on my own - I was lying on my sofa and eventually I laid my hands on my chest and so I could hear and feel my heartbeat very clearly - and I could feel that it wasn't just a dull routine "yeah, yeah, I'm a pump, my job is to pump, pump-pump" but that what your heart does, it sends its signal into the Universe - like a pulsar. The stars can locate you by this signal.
I welcome you to discover the power & beauty of the TARDIS in your own heart, in your own way :D
