Classic Who Meta: the Time War
According to the IDWs The Forgotten and Don't Step on the Grass, the Eighth Doctor used The Moment to end the Time War. How do you think other incarnations would have handled this? Would they have come up with the same endgame, or avoided it altogether? Are some regenerations tougher than others?
