Woo hoo to all of that -- although I already have C&HK on order from Amazon.co.uk because it's being released on Monday along with the Christmas Carol soundtrack over there and I have no patience. ;)

Saw C&HK listed on Amazon.com, last night!
Also discovered that Party Animals was listed as well. Amazon has the North American release date for both as the third of May.
