As many of you know, I moved back to Belfast to live with my Aunt and my Grandma. Grandma had her share of health problems including Fibrosis of the Lungs.

We are having major building work done so when she was out of sorts last Wednesday 10th September I didn't really think much of it. However as the day went on she was definitely not very well, so
