I know I'm not alone when I say I miss Rose. She was a fantastic companion and I will forever ship Doctor/Rose. So how about we continue to show our love by rec-ing some 11/Rose fics, yes? Admittedly, I haven't read many, but I have a darling lj friend who writes some AMAZINGLY, GORGEOUSLY BRILLIANT 11/Rose fics.

Breaking Us by BananasAreForParties is one of my absolute favorites, although it's still a WIP. But it's completely gorgeous, hot, and innovative. :)

Story description is:

All he wants is to see her on his dying tour before Lake Silencio, one last time with these ancient eyes. Rose Tyler thinks it's high time she gets rid of her embarrassing virginity and aspires to do it with that dreamy Jimmy Stone. Things do not go as planned for either of them. Rose/Eleven. PWithP.

And then there's To Flare and Fade by foxmoon. It's sad, but quite lovely.

Story description is:

What if the Doctor hadn't been able to hang on, and regenerated in front of Rose on Jan 1, 2005, before they were supposed to first meet? End of Time AU.
