SON OF A BITCH, IE. I should be able to remember what I had, though...

1. Establish the Kurosaki Family (Sometimes Twice-) Monthly Barbecue, which is more important than ever with all the new family members!
2. Adopt everyone in camp who still needs a father figure but doesn't have one.
3. Wear Roy Aunt Sally and the Elrics down so he can devote more time to bugging them about things unrelated to Izumi.
4. Somehow make everyone in camp be a little less emo. Except for Marvin, who is hopeless.
5. Genderswitch! As long as he can still fight hard when he's a she, Isshin enjoys getting to have a jiggly chest once a century or so.

Isshin thinks of Watari as "that fun Yutaka kid". (Unless you've got serious wrinkles, if you're under a hundred or look it he thinks of you as "kid".) He seems like a kindred spirit, another scientific shinigami who doesn't let life or death get him down for too long, and they could totally be BFFALs. Also Watari kind of reminds him of Urahara, only not annoying and way less creepy-looking. ♥

Watari really likes Isshin! He's fun to be around and is one of the few people in camp who are completely open to letting Watari poke and prod them when they have a virus. Watari also views Isshin as a sort of a kindred spirit, the first he's known in a while. They need to hang out more and traumatize people in the process ♥~

Also, Isshin calling him "Yutaka" surprised Watari at first, mostly because no one calls him that. Watari doesn't mind at all, but he does find it amusing now. He's getting close to 50 and hasn't thought of himself as a kid in a long time, but he can see how the older shinigami might view him as one.

Isshin thinks you guys are all way too formal for what seems like a close group, but he's kiiiind of a thug at heart on top of everything else so he's never been very formal anyway. (Yeah, thug doctor, what the hell?)

Shunsui was very surprised to see Isshin, to say the least. He doesn't really get why Isshin's so adamant about keeping all that stuff secret from his own family and thinks he's being kinda foolish with how long it's going on and what kind of trouble Ichigo's gotten into out of ignorance, but, he thinks it's entirely Isshin's responsibility to deal with and has no intention of getting involved in the mess. |Db Aside from that, however, it's rather fun hanging around with Isshin again, and Shunsui basically ignores any/all potential complications of dealing with an ex-shinigami by declaring camp to be extenuating circumstances. :D He was also fairly relieved to hear that Isshin apparently was keeping an eye out for George as far as some of the shinigami stuff/her wanting to come to their world goes, because that uncomplicates matters for him a bit. He really should probably hang out with Isshin more~

Chicken-chan's what Isshin was calling gender-switched Ryuuken! >D

A part of Isshin knows he really should have told Ichigo everything by now, but he and Masaki had decided not to before any of the kids were even born so they could give Ichigo and the girls a place where the world couldn't reach and hope that normality would win out. Another part of Isshin was happy just pretending to be a relatively normal human man, but he's resigned to the fact that he's going to have to fess up. He wants to wait until Ichigo admits to it somehow, if he can, so some of the resulting drama cancels out, but overall the situation involves a lot of Daddy-logic.

HEY THERE, AUNT SALLY. ♥ Isshin actually does like Roy and hopes they can get past this whole "just talk to Izumi already!" "I AM A ROCK" phase, because Roy makes a great straight man in the idiot game and Isshin's already thinking about convincing him to run the grill for the Kurosaki Family Barbecues, whenever he starts doing those. He's kinda short for a guy with such a Western name, though, and Isshin doesn't yet think he's got the force of will that Yuzu has that justifies Roy not being taught hand-to-hand, DESPITE THE FACT that the only time Isshin's actually been able to get Roy to anything like fight him was when he was an ostrich ( ... )

Isshin thinks Shuichi is COMPLETELY FANTASTIC. The only time he can get his kids at home to be as energetic and cheerful is if they're kinda drunk or if he's watching Ghost Bust with Yuzu. But Shuichi SPARKLES and Daddy loves that. He thinks they should hang out allllll the time and wants to teach Shu-chan to kick ass eight ways from Sunday because it would be fun and then he wouldn't have to worry about who'd take over for hurting people who make Shuichi cry (even though we know Shuichi's pretty much covered on the mafia front).

Eiko was such a cutey! She also seemed like a very nice little girl, not pulling his feathers out like Natsuo and Youji did, so Isshin wants to run into her again so he can dote like the silly old man he is. Isshin adores Selphie, too, because she's all cute and aggressively optimistic, so she fits with Shuichi in the "why were these kids not born into my family when they're so awesome?" category. ♥ Willow Isshin only met the one time when she was a vampire, so as far as he knows she's always like that: creepy and just dangerous enough to be annoying if he shows off instead of pretending to be normal ( ... )
