I suppose he grew up on raw fish, raw oysters, maybe an occasional dolphin meat snack. Hard to cook underwater.

..It would be funny if the guards brought a tuna fish sandwich, saying "Hope it's not anyone you know, your highness haw haw!"

I kinda wonder if Namor's periodic bouts of amnesia and violent mood swings may be attributed to writers trying to make some kind of narrative sense of the character's long, weird history.
