Long walks usually help me. To stop the negative feedback loop; clear the mind of the crap before it starts festering.

Lunch (particularly if you haven't hadn't any by the the time I post this).
Then chocolate. Or a little sunshine. Or a nap.
Then the booze if you still actually want it.
In my experience, alcohol doesn't actually help with the dysphoria, just changes anxious into sad and/or angry.
But then the hunt for ways to cope with dysphoria is why I learned to knit.
