L, I'd say. You claim to live in your head, to be obsessive, thorough, reserved, and introspective. Also your listed bad habits remind me of L.

I'd have to agree with the others and vote you as L for the same reasons everyone seems to have already pointed out.

Byyyy the way... who says eating too many sweets is a baaaad habit? ^.~ besides doctors, dentists, mothers, etc.
