The whole hunting-for-temp-work-while-waiting-my-clearance has basically devolved into finding two places to send my resume to but mentioning in my cover letter that 'I am just looking for temp work while waiting for my clearance.' Pretty much destined not to get a reply, but puts me through the hoops required to get unemployment. Not a great way

This took me a while to figure out. One of the LiveJournal diaries I follow belongs to a security geek, but when she says "poly", she means "polyamory."
