although I ought to be ok for the sales. I'm usually good with people, it'll bring me back temporarily. this thing is kicking my ass this year tho.

it's OK - it'll pass, I've had the same thing since thanksgiving. And it really knocks me out of the saddle. I'm such an emo waste case tho :)

oh no! you know i know how you feel. you know all the stuff you need to do but i know how hard it is to do it. get outside for a walk, even though it's cold. take a warm bath, cuddle the kitty-ninjas, have some hot cocoa. be gentle and loving with yourself. you deserve it! xoxox
