 Okay, I'm sorry I haven't been terribly responsive to everyone's posts and emails (and sometimes when you're standing right there talking to me), but I am reading them.  It's been a crazy week.
This is going to be a bit disjointed. Bear with me.

Last week PA got promoted! Hurray!  However, his work is in the midst of layoffs and he's had to work
