I really don't know what to say ,case I don't know if it'll hel por not, but saying something is better than nothing. I know there's a lot I can't help with, but I can still be a friend and care about what happens. I know if you look around there are some of us who realy do care about what happens, and about how you are doing. Things may look down, but I hope I help in some way to make something, anything, look up.
I don't know you very well, and you don't really know me. I've met you a couple times a good while ago, and that's pretty much the extent of things, but I just wanted to tell you that you shouldn't give up.
Happiness is not based on circumstances. Hapiness is based on your perception of circumstances. People get themselves into a trap. You realise that there's something you don't like about your life, and you begin to lose hope. Without hope the world is very dark, and you begin to sink into an ocean of your own self-pity.
In the end the person that can help you is you. If something sucks about your life, either work towardsd a solution, or accept it. If something can't be changed, you make it worse by feeling sorry for yourself over it. Find something that makes you even a little bit happy, and spend your time on that (video games, books, whatever you're into). Life can always get better.
just about everything you've listed in within your control to change. be more open and verbal about your feelings. by throwing up that "i don't give a a shit" facade you're only hurting yourself, and you obviously realize that. so next time you're feeling alone/unhappy/etc, tell someone. if someone asks how you are, tell them. i'm fully aware being open about your emotions isn't the easiest thing in the world, but it'll be a huge step for you to move on and be happy. it's not emo, it's nothing to be ashamed of, we all have emotion, there's nothing wrong with expressing them. you control your life Dustin. i have faith in you. i'm always around. hell, the board is always around.
