yeah dude, i hear ya loud and clear on that subject. anger and hate and making ourselves whole. we won't be perfect, but a chipped pitcher is still beautiful to behold, as they say.

i agree that while my life is a mess for whatever reason, i can't be there for others as i'd like. it's frustrating, but the sooner we help ourselves to heal, the quicker we can get back into working with others.
