It seems to me that at certain times communication can be overrated. When you try to talk to a friend and give them advice that would generally make their life so much easier yet they don't take it AND continue to complain about no answers to their "sad situation" it makes you want to pull your hair out. Christmas was excellent. The family took to the new GF and she had a great time. We stayed up late playing cards on Christmas Eve and i got my ass kicked all night by GF and brother's GF...it was pretty comical.
