After a bit of scouting, Veronica and Lilly decided to take up residence in the
Court Des Angels in New Orleans Square. They found office space upstairs, accessible from
a door on the left side of the balcony. A window overlooked the staircase and gave them a decent view of the Court itself and Le Bat En Rouge downstairs

After calling out to Sam that he was going to visit the new neighbors upstairs, Dean made his way up to the balcony and waved when the girls came into view. "Hey there, ladies," he said, giving them a friendly smile. "New to the neighborhood?"
It felt a little weird calling this place a "neighborhood," but he figured that was pretty much what it was.

"Hello, there," she said, stepping up next to Dean and extending a hand. "I'm Lilly."

He’d decided he wasn’t going to get out of his makeshift bed in the backroom all day, except to get water and make the occasional trip down the street to the bathroom. (Damn park and it’s never ceasing sunshine.)
Still, when Dean said ‘new neighbors’ his curiosity was piqued, along with his sense of caution, and eventually he hauled himself out from under the pleasant darkness of his blankets and pulled on his jeans, running a hand through his hair and getting another bottle of water before following the sound of voices upstairs.
He really needed some advil. Except the only place he knew of to get some was the first aid station and that was just a no.
And there was Dean, chatting with some pretty young blond girls. Sam was shocked. Really. He leaned in the doorway.
