A tree fell on our house in the huge-arse storm this morning. Scared the crap out of me :-(.

Now it's just sitting there, on the house, waiting for something to happen to it. Whilst I'm sitting here, inside the house, waiting for the agent to call back and tell me what needs to happen.

At least it didn't actually go through the house.

Hope you're ok! I've had a tree come down on my house and honestly thought the entire house might come down. *hug*

We had the tree in our front yard loose most of it's branches everywhere in the front yard (which is really small), blocking our exit from the house -- it was a bit scary -- as my mother and i were out there at the time everything came crashing down.
But truthfully, for us, the worse bit was getting rid of the branches -- it can be difficult to dispose of them :P Sigh
Hope you're ok now, and nothing was too shook up.

yeah, the SES managed to get the tree off the roof, but now the backyard is full of branches. It's P's job today to call the agent (because they listen to him) and get them to do something about it. Otherwise, we'll be advertising free firewood :-P
